IKON HOA Board Meeting - Executive Session - Board Members Only - Wednesday May 14th
Ikon Hayfield Homeowners, The Ikon Hayfield Board of Directors will be holding an Executive Meeting on May 14th at 10:00am and is not open to the homeowners. Per the Arizona Condominium Act, A.R.S. 33-1248 (A-4) The board will be meeting in an executive meeting that is not open to the homeowners. Section 4 reads below... Per the Arizona Condominium Act, ARS 33-1248 (A) (1)1. Legal advice from an attorney for the board or the association. On final resolution of any matter for which the board received legal advice or that concerned pending or contemplated litigation, the board may disclose information about that matter in an open meeting except for matters that are required to remain confidential by the terms of a settlement agreement or judgment.
