We kindly remind you that it is your responsibility to complete the following annual maintenance tasks: * Dryer Vent Cleaning: Prevents fire hazards and improves dryer efficiency. * Fireplace Inspection & Cleaning: Ensures safe operation and prevents chimney fires. * AC Unit Servicing: Keeps your system running efficiently and extends its lifespan. * Smoke Detector Checks: Ensures proper function in case of an emergency; batteries should be replaced as needed. * Rental Registration Updates: If you rent out your unit, please ensure that your rental registration is up to date with the HOA management, as well as the appropriate City and County departments.   Keeping up with these essential tasks helps maintain the safety, value, and overall condition of our community.
